Massage therapy and Yoga complement one another beautifully in the effects each has on the body, mind, and spirit. Thai Yoga Massage combines these two practices into one dynamic treatment. This ancient technique, with roots reaching back many centuries, blends elements of massage therapy with Yoga postures into a meditative 'dance' that stretches the body, relaxes the mind, and invigorates the spirit.
Andrea is a certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioner (120 hours) through the Lotus Palm School based in Montréal, QC. She has trained with Kam Thye Chow, founder of Lotus Palm, and with Mia Blackwell of Victoria, BC. She also teaches Thai Massage regularly at the Omaha School of Massage & Healthcare as an elective & CE course.
