This technique helps to alleviate discomfort associated with many of the changes happening in the expectant mother's body, especially in the back and hips. At Santosha, our therapist gently massages away the tension while the mom-to-be is made comfortable either in a side-lying position or face-down on a specially designed massage table that supports her belly.
