Smooth, heavy basalt stones are heated to a comfortable level, and used with oil to massage the muscles and soft tissues. At times during the massage, the stones are placed at key points on the body for some specific heat therapy. The heat acts quickly to "melt" away the discomfort of tension and stress. After a Hot Stone Massage, many recipients report feeling as though they just spent time in a hot tub!
